Congratulations to Dr. William Summers for his presentation at Gersten Day 2023. Dr. Summers is a CU School of Medicine PM&R Resident who joined the Muscle Morphology, Mechanics, and Performance Laboratory (3MAP Lab) for his physician research project. Our recent work at 3MAP Lab on relative vs absolute cutpoints for muscle performance in veterans with chronic kidney disease and high risk for sarcopenia is forthcoming. The next dissemination stop for Dr. Summers regarding this work is the upcoming AAPMR Conference.
